TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST “DELITAILS GIVEAWAY – CREDITS”
These terms govern the promotional contest run by «A. ELMALIKLIDIS M.I.K.E.» (ARGOS M.I.K.E.).
Article 1: Organiser
The company «A. ELMALIKLIDIS M.I.K.E.», trading as «ARGOS M.I.K.E.» (the “Organiser”), registered at Akrolimni Farm – Krya Vrisi, Pella, VAT no. 800790056 (Giannitsa Tax Office), General Commercial Registry no. 140990247000, organises this promotional contest (the “Contest”).
Article 2: Eligibility & Exclusions
2.1. The Contest is open to all natural persons aged 18 or over, and to legal entities/businesses lawfully established and operating in Greece.

Article 3: Contest Period
The Contest runs from 2/10/2026 at 10:00 until 4/10/2026 at 20:00 (Greek time). Entries submitted after the closing time are automatically void.
Article 4: How to Enter
4.1. To enter validly, participants must complete the following steps:
- Scan the dedicated QR code that leads to the online entry form.
- Fill in every mandatory field of the form: Full name / Company name, VAT number (A.F.M.), Email address, Contact phone, Address & City, Contact person (full name).
- “Follow” the company’s official Instagram account (@delitails).
4.2. Entry limit: Each unique email address is entitled to one (1) entry only. Where several entries are submitted with the same email, only the first one received counts.
Article 5: Prizes & Redemption Terms

Article 6: Draw & Winner Notification
6.1. The draw will take place electronically on 4/10/2026, immediately after the Contest closes (20:00). Three (3) winners and three (3) runners-up will be drawn.
6.2. Winners will be notified by email/phone and by Instagram direct message (DM). If a winner does not respond within two (2) working days, the prize passes to the corresponding runner-up.
Article 7: Personal Data & Newsletter Consent (GDPR)
7.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679 – GDPR).
7.2. Mailing list: By entering the Contest, participants give their explicit consent to «A. ELMALIKLIDIS M.I.K.E.» to add their email address to the company’s mailing list and to receive informational/promotional newsletters (argostreats / Delitails).
7.3. Right to unsubscribe: Participants may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time, free of charge, via the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every email or by writing to info@delitails.gr.
Article 8: Governing Law & Jurisdiction
8.1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms by announcement on its social media or website.
8.2. These terms are governed by Greek law; the courts of Giannitsa, Pella have jurisdiction.
